Which "Ladies" Bike?

Which bike do you guys suggest for a short woman? She is only going to ride on tar. She wants something easy to get on and off (low cross bar). Like a cruiser, I think they are called.

 

I have have looked at the Schwinn World S Commuter bike and liked it a lot. She would need an XS. The cost here in Knysna is R4,300. None in stock, but on the way. Saw a customer's bike. 

 

The I went to the another store here in Knysna and was told of a Silverback. I think it was the Zero 02. Cost about R2,300 which is a lot better. Problem is you have to commit to buying it unseen! Saleslady said this is because "we don't sell many". Well, geez, you want to sit on the bike before shelling out the dough to see it it fits right. 

 

Then as we were walking out the saleslady added "and we have to order 2". I don't know if she meant that we would need to bring another buyer with us to also order sight unseen!  

 

Is the Schwinn worth the extra money compared to the Silverback?

 

Any suggestions as to make and models and who to buy from?  If necessary I will wait until I am next in Cape Town.
