It's the blue and yellow Raleigh used by the MTN Energade pro team. Bought it secondhand from them after one season.... Full Carbonfibre (think aluminium seatpost and front fork) and full dura-ace with Shimano ultegra wheelset...full weight about 7.5kg. Price range?
