I didn't weigh it - should have.

101SCC - even if it DOES weigh what it should, my point is that:

1) Selling a big tub when it is half full (half empty? <img src="https://assets.bikehub.co.za/legacy_images/smilies/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="absmiddle" alt="LOL" />) is kinda like selling you a ferrari with a 1100cc engine - you don't get what you are expecting to get. Maybe the analogy is a bit over the top but  you hopefully get my point.  You don't get what you expected.

2) It is wasteful and in this day and age, I cannot condone that.  Think about the fact that if this stuff is imported, then the number of tubs that fit in a crate is say 40% less than it should/could be, which results in 40% higher shipping costs, manpower etc.  All the way along, there are inefficiencies.

I fully agree. its deceptive and a waste of resource

U should have weighed it immediately when u opened the container.U now do not have a foot to stand on,or not any allegations to be made.Think about it,It is nice when somebody agrees with one,and I will agree with u 2,if u have proof. But with no proof,u cannot say or make any allegations as u did.If I am selling 10 kg powder in a 40 kg drum/container,and it says 10 kg,then why would someone complain.?Buy a smaller container of someones elses stuff then.If there was no weight indication on the container, yes I will agree with you all the way,but without proof,I even wonder why you complain?

You do'nt have to agree with me,but think about it...

Of course!

And of course my wife would get moerse upset if I used her dainty little containers instead of the lekka big ones we buy for the good powder and justify the price to the wife by showing how big said container is..smiley36.gif

++1 Got to make sure the wife sees the large container so we can justify the COST  otherwise next time round we be buying cookies instead :(
