NCR: GPS/Navigation/Bluetooth question

Anyone can help me with this please:

 

I'm looking at the Garmin 265W or TomTom Go 730, but would like to confirm this:

 

1) I can NOT record routes and NOT store them to PC on these models?

2) Is it possible to retrieve the current GPS coordinates via Bluetooth from another device?

3) If the device is not visible, could i listen to voice commands vie Bluetooth headset?

 

I would realy appreciate comments, or recommendations to other models/devices
