Which Wheelset ?

Can anyone give some advice on which wheels I can upgrade to  - or what my options are?

I currently have standard rims that came with my MTB (Silverback nabraska), nothing to get excited about. I'm upgrading the bike a bit, and a bit overwhelmed by all the different rims, hubs etc available

 

So,

1. I weigh 78kg, the bike is a hardtail

2. Its got Juicy 3 disc brakes currently

3. I'm willing to spend no more than R3500

 

My question is, what rims should I look at, what hubs are good / light?

 

Should I buy them seperately or look for a complete set?

 

Second hand a better option??

someone is selling a very good set of mavic 819 ust rims with dt swiss hubs right here on the hub

 

cant go wrong with that.
