I would appreciate some advice on this:

How do you measure a chain to see if it needs replacing?

Is it necessary to put on a new chain if you replace your cluster?

get a park tool chain checker it works like a bomb, but not replacing a chain when you replace a clusty doesn't make sense.

Why? If it's not too elongated, you don't need to replace it.
