I was reading about them on weightweenies. Just out of interest, anyone used them before, are they worth it?

I've come across them once or twice and my feeling is, why bother?

They're look kinda nice but since it is all buried under rubber, it's like lingerie, there, but who knows?

Also, I noticed that after one or two removals and refittings, they become loose. If you loose just one, it's back to rim tape.

Don't bother, even if they do match the colour of your eyes.

Thanks Johan. Weightweenies made them out to be a form of weight saving, but I was thinking about the practicality of them.
