Wow .... I decided to replace my Disc Pads on my Avid Juicy 5 Brakes.

 

Easiest job ever ... I bought the pads and did it at home in the garage with a set of hex keys, screwdriver, pliers and my ipod.

 

If you send your bike in to get the shop to replace the pads, rather give it a bash yourself and it is super rewarding, especially when you can stop properly on the bike afterwards ...

 

P.S as a matter of interest, what do you guys pay for Avid Juicy 5 Pads??
