Technically, it is not openable.

However, it is removable. Take off the jam nuts and cones, and remove the axle. You'll have to remove the bearing balls as well.

 

Now stick a 10mm allen key into the freehub body where the axle used to be and unscrew the freehub body. It unscrews counter-clockwise.

 

The entire body will come off. Forget about fixing it, it has 64 of the tinyest bearings you've ever seen and by the time you get in there, it is all rusted.
