Aspartame: The truth is out there?

I avoid anything with aspartame in it. It constantly amazes me that people believe that Canderel or other 'diet' sweeteners are better for them than good ole cane sugar...

 

Well good ole can sugar has at least a taste - I could never stomach these diet sweeteners. If you really want to substitute sugar then use honey.

I know where they hide the honey around here ... and use local hubbers know people that deal in this stuff. Saw some hives that might be worth raiding near the secret jeep trails

 

 

hmmm right and that is going to do the bee population a lot of good! Rather buy honey that comes from commercial sources instead of raiding wild hives!
