JarradVZ Posted June 1, 2009 Share Silly to cycle that kind of distance with a current DVT. If a thrombus dislodges and heads to the lungs (pulmonary embolus) you'll end up in ICU or the morgue. Are you on Warfarin? I realise that you haven't had the stroke problem, but I do know you wear compression socks, and was curios about the effectiveness of them. Do they really help ?
