Polar Software Problems - CS300

Hi guys,

 

I have a Polar CS300, approx 2 yrs in use.

 

In the last week it has started playing up. When in a ride & stopping (traffic lights etc) then setting off again it automatically reboots/resets itself. The screen shows the spinning hour-glass then returns to the std watch display. Painfully it does not file the ride upto that point.

 

The watch does not indicate a low battery, nor is the wearlink battery an issue.

 

I have done the reboot (5 button simultaneous reboot), which does not make any difference. Is there anything I can do to fix this without sending to Polar SA? In my small world this is a software problem and is Polars liability!
