Evo-R Posted August 4, 2009 Share Hi Well to starts with maybe a saterday and/or sunday ride.And when it gets warmer maybe in the mornings to.Start of slow and short.Say 20km or so and progress from there. virgo Posted August 4, 2009 Share Hi, there It seems we're more or less on the same page. I regularly do 20km and have done longer rides on the weekends (but only a couple of times). I would like to know more about you as well - no info on your profile? male/female, etc, etc I'm female and my husband does not cycle, but when I do longer rides (twice! ha-ha) he comes and just checks up on me.
