Either Polar or Garmin depending on whether you are more interested in the HR aspect (Polar), or routing and recording of the routes (Garmin).

The Polar RS800 (with GPS device) might give you the best of both worlds.....

The Polar training software is a lot better than the Garmin software (HR / splits etc), however a sheet of paper and pencil might be better than the Garmin Training Centre as well, however the Garmin cycling computers can interface to power meters ...

The speedometer & cadence meters are much the same after that.

I am of the opinion that a properly configured wheel magnet driven speedometer can be more accurate than a GPS based one with the inherent +/-8 to 16 meter positional inaccuracies, and implied averaging of speeds over the short distance covered between fixes.

So it depends on which of the features are the most important to YOU.
