MTB Man down cedar road ... 22 Aug.

Riding back along cedar road in fourways on saturday I saw an MTB rider flat on his back .. being attended to by his mate and a lady who had been driving in the opposite direction - I don't think she was involved - I'm guessing just an eyewitness to this dude going over his bars or similar.

 

Being on the other side of busy road I couldn't see much but did ask if there was anything I could do to help.  I was told there was an abulance on the way.  Sure enough when I approached Dainfern the paramadics were almnost there.

 

By all means feel free to share the details of the incident if you know what happened but more importantly  - Is this guy okay??
