Dont Laugh- Fitting a carrier

Ok...Dont laugh...I dont want to damage my car.

 

 

 

Thats the reason for asking.

 

 

 

I need to fit a Holdfast 2057 bike carrier to my BMW 3 series saloon car.

 

 

 

No instructions with the rack (bought 2nd Hand)

 

 

 

Anyone that can help with an "Idiots guide to" fitting this thing properly.

 

 

 

Maybe some photos of it done correctly?
