CRC order tracking

My ordered was shipped through parcel force. Just checked on my order at CRC and there is no tracking nr only a order ID nr. What to do? Parcel shipped 26 Aug (occ to them). Dont want to chase up ghosts but i am a bit careful. This might be my 2nd order in a row that is missing in action

If I click on 'view orders' after logging in it shows all my orders but no tracking number....then I click 'view order' next to the latest order and I get this(the tracking number being the EE*********GB one):
