I am new to cycling (started 9 weeks ago). I recently switched to clipless pedals. Using Wellgo pedals with red cleats. Now I have developed knee pain. Ive been to my LBS for a bike setup,ie. seat post height, saddle back adjustment and basic cleat setup, but the knee pain is still there.

 

Is there a bike shop in Jhb/Centurion area that uses the RAD Cleat Alignment system and does this system work?
