Home is George in the Southern Cape and I will be there in Jan/Feb 2010 for a short break. Is there any novice events in the area that I could join in? Or even some group rides? The cape cobra at the beginning of this year burnt me. Badly Now I am very shy to go back to any races in that area. The race would have been ok if they left out that freaking "bloemendal" climb out to the top of that naval base on that cement jeep track. Got to the top of that and I was hammered.
