I started about two and a half months ago with MTB, at the moment I stick mostly to tar and some dirt. Just getting my fitness up and also still loosing some unwanted kg's. I spend as much time as possible in the saddle. I ride about 4 times early in the mornings during the week and then Saturday and Sunday I try and do a bigger ride. At the moment I do 20 km plus in the week and try and do a 30 km plus over the weekend.

 

Eat right and spent as much time in the saddle, certainly what I do!
