My problem is I love riding in this place so I want to keep going and I want it to be perfect.

 

At this time of year I get to sneak off to SBR during the week. Today and last week I had to take evasive action on the long fast winding section between the big hill just after the vandalised picnic site and the big hill just before the boom at the southern entrance when I came around a corner doing about 40 and was confronted by an official vehicle going the wrong way also doing about 40.

 

Ticks me off after all the mud slinging at cycists going the wrong way. I am not saying it is cool for us to be breaking the rules but hell, someone is going to get hurt if this keeps happening.

Yup had the same thing happen when we came across one driving down the wrong way on that steep climb from the car park , try confront them and you get a mouthful.

On a more positive note i have noticed cyclists behaving a lot better in the reserve these days.
