Can either pay somebody to do it for you, or start a DIY process here: http://www.competitivecyclist.com/za/CCY?PAGE=FIT_CALCULATOR_INTRO The amazing thing is that I've moved the bits and bobs on my road bike around till I was comfortable on the bike, and after doing the whole measurement thing above, it came out pretty much the same!
