Join Ray on his final stretch....or just show ur support by meeting them at their finish point at VA Waterfront. Message from Ray: Calling all Cape based cyclists: last day of the National Cyclist Safety & Memorial Ride on Sunday! Please join me & make a stand...... Amy Northam will be leading the support ride tomorrow, departing from opposite Theo Marais Park in Milnerton at 9am sharp. You'll meet up with me by 10:30 to ride to the Waterfront.. we're gonna do a loop around the stadiun where Loaded Smoothies will meet us and give a smoothie to all cyclists riding with me...
