Giant Anthem 2 frame

I was looking at buying a new GT Sensor frame (+- R7k), but they do not have stock and have no idea when they will receive again.

 

I have seen a second hand Giant Anthem 2 frame (2006 model) for R4500.

 

Should I rather wait until Omnico brings new stock in, or should I buy this frame now? Since I don't plan on buying another soon again, my worry is buying such an old frame.

Buy a new anthem frame brand new with warranty for 10500

depends on what you want to do with your frame.The Anthem 2 has 3.5 inches of travel and is very light. great XC setup for racing .

 

The sensor has 6 inches (i think-could be 5) of travel. Great for all mountain, and is much heavier.

 

Course this also depends on what fork you're planning to use??
