Travelling with bike

Morning guys,

 

Looking for recommendations for bike bag/boxes. I m travelling a fair bit between Jhb and cT in the next few months and want to take the bike along too.

I have seen people just ride straight up to the check-in desk, but i'm not convinced bits won't get torn off. I've seen hard cases on CRC but haven't seen anything here yet.

 

Any ideas?

Some people reckon naked is the way to go as they will then be careful with it. I would'nt take the chance. A bike box is the most economical, but if you would use it, go for a hard case. I think there is a Hubber Cranck who makes nice ones locally.

Check out Race Case (You'll have to Google it, I can't remember the address). You should also be able to get the Thule hard shell case locally.
