I have the zero's and they are pretty cool.

 

If you go to the Speedplay website they list the differences between their various models there.

 

Essentially, the light action model is made of "cheaper", less robust materials and generally is recommended for training (from the website). The more expensive models like the zero's are made of different materials and are more durable to racing conditions.

 

BTW there is also a full carbon model of them......about 6000 raaawndt WTF ?
