so i stripped the front hub last night,

 

The place(not sure name) where the bearings run is all fine the bearings look fine, just behind the thing where the bearings run it looks almost like a washer or something that is bust, when you load the bearings all runs smoothly do you know what the purpose of that is?

 

LBS say i'll be fine,
