Riding glasses - bifocal

Do any of the well known brands (Oakley, Rudy etc) make something similar to these? Even better if they are photochromatic.

 

If I get a normal set of photochromatic glasses then I won't be able to see my bike computer because I need reading glasses.

 

Any suggestions?

Apart from the obvious like Adidas, Oakley, Rudy etc, dunno, but where do you find those elvex ones?

The Elvex ones are available from Brett at Bikebay, they only cost R199.00. Available in 3 or 4 different optical strengths.

I am looking for something to replace mine, slightly better quality and fit would be great and photochromatic would be a plus.
