Truing of American Classic

Hi !

 

I need advice: where in Johannesberg to take my American Classic 350 rear wheel for proper service ? So far,I took them to Westdene and Cyclelab, but it did not work well. I think that I have to replace set of spokes on rear one, niples are gone out. Which one to go for ?
