Which club to join for CSA purposes?

I need some advice regarding CSA licensing and clubs etc.

 

Being new to cycling, i am now at the point where i wish to enter a few races on a casual basis. But to do so, i still need a license in order to enter.

 

I do not wish to join a club as at this point i am not interested in fancy cycling kit, discounts, magazines or whatever else is offered. I really just need a club to join for the sole purpose of getting a CSA license.

 

I ride MTB and am based in JHB.

 

Any advice / ideas? I dont know where to start.

ROAG, they KZN based, but a lot of us join them from JHB in order to get a csa licence through them.

 

I think only costs R50-R100 rand to join

 

I am also based in JHB and only do MTB so have used Roag for the last 2 years.
