  1. Where their is a race there will be cheaters!
  2. Done 10 stage races this year, including all the big ones and this was the toughest by far! All due to those hectic weather conditions
  3. Sorry to hear Stiggy. I go often, had services, bought numerous stuff there, bought a few bikes there and never had an issue. Best to go their and contact Ricky direct and he will definitely sort it out.
  4. Agree...the more often the better! In all sport

Got seriously ripped off in London this year around £120 an hour! They were unbelievable artists, but a little expensive, in their defense never asked the price before we started and his work was impeccable!! normally here I pay R900 and hour... Can't wait going next week! YEBO

Was Burry Stander Scum?? Or a Loser?? Or a Dodgy guy........Grow the **** up!!! If someone has a tattoo does not mean a thing? 90% of all the top soccer/basketball/ athletes have them!!
  8. Cape pioneer by far over JoBerg2c
  9. Have ridden every type of fork...got 3 lefty's, 2 brain rock shox and 1 DT Swiss If you hate lefty, ride something else...but you making your self look stupid starting up this post! DT Swiss was the fork on Nino's bike, personally prefer my Lefty and Brain forks over my DT Swiss, but still won't knock the fork down
  10. Any hours over 14hrs a week on an indoor is f ing amazing.
  11. Love the race, love the event, love the whole damn thing!! Epic Rocks! Will be there, can't wait!! How to train...one day at a time, don't be silly with your hours! 2hrs a day 5 days a week will be more constructive then one 6 hr every Saturday.
  12. Nice one well done ! Have to take that 262 * 0.85 is 222w your FTP Or x .095 I think I am on the right track
  13. Okay not sure if it will work for you but seems to work for me...My Doc said don't lance them, after a long shower...lol which is always after a ride. Scrub the affected so called 'boil' ( bean size )with a soft brush. ( Gently cause it hurts like hell!!) After shower and scrubbing, dry properly and mix tea tree oil with bepatham cream and put on affected area. 2 things...Never scrub on stage race days, you won't wanna ride the next day and if it is the size of a ping pong ball you need to op that baby out! 'Pressure sores' or internal abcess is very different to an infected hair folical or chaffing down there. Lol if you don't know the difference when you looking down there, then it's probably just a zit or chaffing!
  14. **** that was lucky, no proper injuries! Just shows there is no substitute for top quality helmets...
