and how does it messure up against world cup sid black box 2005 model?

If reviews are anything to go buy any Sid pre-2009 is not worth its weight in plastic. Though I never owned one so i cant be sure. When last was the fork serviced.

According to the owner he bought the shock 18 month ago +- 2009/May-June

The shock has not been serviced since the usage was to low service the shock??

even with low mileage the seals do still become brittle with time, speak to someone like johan borman on the hub his technical knowledge far exceeds mine. But i would definitly take the shock to be serviced before i use it. The recommendation is normally based on kilometers used or at least once per year.

Dunno mate, i would guess about 2.5k but thats just a guess, dont know what they retailed for back in the day. Anybody else here more informed to help this chap out?
