Bashguard and Chainring setup?????????

hey all

 

recently baught some stuffs from crc/secondhand which i was sure would fit - but evidently not

 

1 - Why are my crankbolts not fastening the chainring properly? (do i need spacers or do i need smaller bolts?)

 

2 - Does the BB to ICG mount come with the indentation towards or away from the frame? and does the Chainguide fit on the inside or outside of the adaptor?

 

3 - Where does the bashgaurd go?? is there some other adaptor im missing??

PIC#1 - easy to fix, just need spacers / washers to take up the gap. I am surprised E13 didn't send some with the bash guard...

 

PIC#2 - Not sure about the indentation, on my MRP it is on the BB side. I think the chainguide then fits directly onto the ISCG guide on the BB / Crankset side.

 

Pic#3 - Bash guard would be bolted onto the crankset using the chainring bolts. Guard is fixed on the pedal / outside of crankset.

 

So if I am right - great, otherwise I am sure there is a hubber who can correct me. Maybe also post this under the "Gravity" section of the hub?
