Vitus frames?

Does anyone have any opinions on Vitus frames? I am looking at a brand new Vitus Argal frame.

 

From what I've read, I gather the Vitus brand is known for bonded Aluminium frames, which are apparently prone to flex. As I am tall, and the frame is large, would this be a problem? As far as I can see, the Argal is welded, not bonded, so would these concerns not apply?
