EugeneP Posted October 10, 2007 Posted October 10, 2007 are they going to allow the riders who raced(not just rode) the 100km on saturday to compete for prize money in the 50km on sunday? It happened last year where bassingthwaite won the short race, and there was a very unhappy rourke croeser who managed 7th(only elites were in front of him), and had they not raced he would have won the 10grand prize money... Is it going to be like that again this year or is there some rule in place to give the younger guys a chance to get on to the podium
Tumbleweed Posted October 10, 2007 Posted October 10, 2007 don't see the point you're trying to make. take karkloof this year. the youngster took them in the short course sprint and got his money. it's a weekend of racing (and cruising - ie me) so there's plenty up for grabs. winner of one race can't win another? don't get it. is that what you're saying?holy roller2007-10-10 14:24:17
