Langebaan MTB route?

Heading out to Langebaan this weekend, anybody know of MTB trails/routes in the area?

Thanks for the invite but I will have to decline seeing that you are a Sharks supporter! Ha ha My plans have changed, going to do the new extended trail at Welvanpas Saturday morning then head to the beer festival in Durbanville. So will only go through to Langebaan late Sunday morning.
