I am heading down to Cape Town in December to do some serious Epic training.

 

Was just lookin at the Grabouw area. Is it possible to ride both Oak Valley and the Groenlandberg trail in the Hottentots Holland Reserve on the same ride. In other words are they linked in some way or do you have to get in your car and drive around?
