Oak Valley 24Hr

It will be my first time at Oak VAlley

Will i need the fast Rubena Scylla's with very little grip

or do i fit the Swallbe Rocket Rons?

If its oak valley you can be assured of lots of climbing and fast flowing singletrack. Not that im fit enough for a 24 but if your not out to win it go with the Ron's youll climb better (and theres enough of that) and have much fewer hairy moments zooming down the mountain.

 

Though the rubena should be fine on the rear i would assume.

It should be dry and hardpack...with perhaps less than 10% of the route being hardpack with very fine loos sand but not so you could loose contol.
