Vuelta carbon pro rear rim

Went threw a pothole today at our long awaited race in Bloemfontein .

 

My beloved Vuelta Carbon Pro race wheels rear rim cracked.

 

It has 16 spokes / 50mm profile and is (or was) a clincher

 

My Question :

 

Any body know were I can find such a rim? Who is the local agents? Don't think we have local agents of these....

 

Don't want to do a repair job on these.

 

The road surface was really bad. Can be wrong, but think the race organizers have some kind of a obligation to make sure the road is save for a race, and to mark huge pothols with a flag, or cone .......
