Guys I have this fork for sale.

It is still mint, has hardly been ridden, and is Boxxer reliable.

I can-not purchase a much needed rear shock for my FS until this is sold, along with a few goodies needed for a 1x9 hardtail buildup (that is getting lazy on the couch in my office at the moment.)

Those are the rules, no part sold, no part purchased.

Boxxer Race 05.

U-Turn Adjustable travel 133-180mm

Compression and floodgate adjustment

Race Face Evolve stem 50mm 31.8x 1 1/8"

Yellow weight spring fitted, Red spring included in Box.

Price: R3000.00 (excl postage)

OR Straight SWOP for a 190x50 lockout air shock (no piggyback) FOX, in the same condition (no chancers, I'm not a noob)

Based on the price (New @ CRC) I dont think this is too much.

Comment accepted - keep it mature.

A quick question or 2...

...are you sure that's an 2005 Boxxer Race?

It looks more like a Boxxer Ride... the version with U-Turn adjustable travel maxing out at 180mm

Also not sure which year, but the decals are quite different from the old 05 Race I had. Your decals seem like the ones on the 2008 forks.

POSITIVE 2005 - Box is marked as such.

This is the history:

Purchased 2 ex. CSS Capetown (the Agents) as Boxxer Ride

At the same time purchased Compression/Floodgate components, and 2 different ride weight springs, for my weight and a fellow cyclist.

Both Forks were stripped, checked and new componentry/springs fitted.

Which then made it a Boxxer RACE. :)

The original components are also included if you wish to remove the C/FG adjustment (why, would be beyond me)

The decals are custom printed vinyl decals, that replaced the 2005 decals (they looked k@k) and have thicker clear vinyl overlay. I have extras which will go with the fork.

Good ??'s. Hope that clears it up.

Umm... but if it was converted to a boxxer race shouldn't it be 203mm travel?
