I thought I would share this with you guys, seeing as I work from 7:00 - 17:00 every day, I dont get alot of time for training, I work almost every weekend and the weekend I dont work I try to catch up on some sleep and family time. So I struggling to get some good saddle time unless I do a race which Im never really prepared for.

So I looked around to find something that will give me tangable training with minimal amount of time spent on it. After a very long and hard search, with no resluts, I found something, a training program in America, it was given to me by a friend that was over there. I had nothing to loose so I tried it, seems to be working for me sofar.

I spend a few hours on a spin bike during the week and try a few short early morning rides, trying to follw the program as close as I can. I was amazed to see how my times have improved. Check out my blog, I update it on a weekly basis so feel free to follow it. I use it to talk about my new experiences in cycling and how it is improving.

I dont follow this program down to a "T" but I wish I could. But it has given me new enjoyment out of cycling.
