Polar CS 200 File viewing help

I must be stoooopid but I seem to be having a problem with the Polar file recall.

 

Every time I finish a ride it stores the info into the files ok, but when I view the files, every file shows the same info including date, time etc. etc. So even on after 10th ride for example, the file storage will show 10 files but when I go to each file number I get the same info as the last store.

 

Am I missing something of should I take it back to my LBS?
