They say it is little bit curve?? My stem is 0% rise but is 65mm long from centre to centre. But at the handlebar the stem screws give it a little bit of a rise about 4mm! My brother is in USA so he will buy it there from Ebay or Amazon.com. I just want to make sure its the right thing before he buy it!! He is visiting SA in May!!!
