The event celebrates its 25th edition this year and welcomes Mountain Bikes, E Bikes and Gravel Riders. The bulk of the K2C route was the Nedbank Gravel Burn;s stage one in reverse. All proceeds from the K2C goes to charity and entry cost is R950 including dinner in Uniondale. The event caters for experienced riders and beginners and has sold out for the past decade. The trails offer world class single track as well as majestic views of the Indian Ocean. The event is 11 years old and sells out with only 350 participants who enjoy three course chef created meals, fully stocked goody bags and warm Garden Route hospitality. Many riders enjoy this event before tackling the Lions Karoo to Coast on the same weekend. All Dr Evil riders get a preferential start position in the K2C.
