    Check in with Melkbos cycles. Also yes the cycle path that goes through to Milnerton is great! But don't cycle all the way to the n1 as there is a hotspot for bikejacking and brick throwing there.

    HI @Jokerman, I've been 3d printing mud guards. lekker solid however don't have the ability to print dual colour. the cool thing with 3d printing is you can customize the shape alot. how was the logo put on previously? vinyl sticker or print/ink

    @Rudi Pollard how does this look? Will this just be a spacer between arm rests and bar mount? Essentially a functional washer? Don’t want you falling off because of this. #signindemnityformhere Temporarily threaded bolts into plastic. Will add brass threaded inserts. (PS it’s still a work in progress.)

    In 2023 the Cape Epic hosted a kids race at the grande finale at val de vie. I entered my, 4 year old, daughter in to it and she loved it! Since then she has asked for more races like it and I saw there was one at the paarl bike fest but that has been postponed and subsequently canceled 😕 Are there other events out there hosting fun races for little kids? Not "real racing" but something where they get a medal and get to challenge themselves.

    Thanks for the feedback! I and yet to get that specific spec but I have the 29er 2.2 and love them for all gravel and general trail riding.

    I have a 12s XT RH shifter that has the mount that attaches to a brake mount. Does anyone have a broken shifter or the “Normal Clamp Mount”

    It was my first K2C too. It was a tough ride but loved every bit of it! I can concur wrt the rocky terrain, I rode it with a @Titan Racing Bikes Switch Gravel bike. Descending was rough! haha biggest issue on my side were my Vitoria terreno dry tyres 38c. You definitely want a grippier tyre with higher volume and more tread. Looking at Maxxis Rambler or Kenda Booster Pro 700cx40c for my next gravel race Terreno Dry will be my training tyre.
