I tried phoning them, new update. Its in the country and they tried to deliver but failed. But no one answers, any one else had issues with them before?

I only have the EMS tracking number its been there for about 5 days i think now. Dont even know the number for customs

Any one got an idea how long customs takes with EMS?

Try factory reset. Did mine yesterday. Push thw reset button on the left hand side with a pen. Thwn push the bottom left button followed by the top right. Will come up with a factory menu. Go to default reset and push thw red button for a few seconds. You'll have to input your details again though. Mine stopped holding data and would say file deleted but wont delet them and hence memory full always displays

Use a SRAM one. Dont reuse a kmc quick link, they a Once off use. I have had experience with this. Great chains. Just the quick links work loose if you reuse them, and they can come off in a sprint.

Last time i checked you cant pull shimano apart. Tried once with a tiagra shifter, its still sitting in pieces at home. Unfortunately its virtually impossible to put shimano STI's together. Sorry. But try lube it up a bit or get hold of the shimano reps at cool heat they might be able to send it away for you.

Hi Guys So hears my sad story, i ordered a set of rims from one of the companies in china they were supper light at around 330g per piece and was quite happy to try them out. However, when they were been built up one of the spokes pulled through the rim. the company gladly replaced the rim with a warrantee, but they sent me the wrong rim which is a much better design, but sitting at 400 grams (Sorry the weight weenie in me says i cant) so i wanna know if there is anyone on this thread who is keen on buying a single carbon rim?

How many guys have bought from carbonality and know what there shipping for rims is. There hole wheel shipping is a bit pricy so if its the same for just a rim, i probably wont get from them

Id be careful of useing any paint strippers on carbin. May break down the epoxy reson that is used. We generally use asaton to clean the frames up before fixing them. But paint stripper could be a bit harsh and may result in a catastrophic failure:-)

They wont be open now, but I get mine from Bruce reynecker cycles. Think they were around 150. But was a while ago so not sure
