In the past I've always gone on b4 the time 4 obvious reason (launching website and entering name and ID obvious time delay) and around the entry time I would refresh. I expected the same here. Their job (and there is precedent) is to lock site and only open on time. As far as I'm concerned they've blundered. Why is nobody revolting and taking them to task?
