    Good Day All Tec hubbers. Quick question. I have a XTR and an X0 crank. I tried to put a Guesst 32 and 34 chain ring on but it doesn’t fit on either. The holes do not align up and are slightly out. Anyone have had the same problem? What chain rings will work with these cranks?

    some easy stretching, massages and real protein (eggs, steak and lots of h2o). compression pants will help if you have.

    hay im thinking of doing it with a 32/18. how was Spionkop? did you make it all the way up? to give you an idea i ride mostly on a 32/17 (29er rigid)
