@dirtcrazy You should give Koeberg Nature Reserve a try. Very busy there over weekends, unfortunately no singletrack, but a nice 20km loop to get the heart pumping

It is amazing how many women (and guys) ride alone out there. Last weekend at 06:00 we cycled past a lady hiker at the top of Majik. One of the guys still commented on how dangerous it is for her to be alone out there. I agree, there is always safety in numbers.

Carrying one of these could be an option ...
