Hi guys, Im looking at a TT or Aero frame from Hong-Fu Bikes. Bought my road bike from them (Jenny) 10 years ago and its still running like a dream. I will troll the thread for advice on below but thought I would ask none the less. Any other manufacturers you would recommend?Any decent aero road / TT frames you can share? What is the import duties costs once it lands? Guessing its about 10 - 20% of the full cost? What else should I take into account, its been a while since I bought a bike abroad. Thanks B

Headtube seems to be favourite! Its an blank carbon frame that I imported - its the Kuota Kredo frame from a few years back.

Thinking of doing the same but I have to ride from Northriding to Bedfordview (30km+. If you coming from Lonehill id suggest going up witkoppen till you reach the T-junction (Maxwell), take a right onto Maxwell then you keep straight and over Woodmead drive till the next T-junction which is Pta Main Rd. From there ou go left toward midrand to where you need to be. pretty easy.

Reckon I'll be the mechanic and support at this argus! Live to fight another day, and for years to come!

Hey guys. A back injury from last year has flared up again and I'm wondering if must try to still do Argus. I basically herniated two lower back discs and have spinal stenosis (narrowing). Been religiously doing core and stretching 5-7days a week since last year via my Biokineticist. But bad luck hit me 2 weeks ago and have not been able to train. Won't be able to ride till hopefully next weekend but going to slowly try get going I'm spinning bike. I did base in Dec and have up to two weeks ago been riding very strong! Alas I am now at a crossroads. If I however experience any pain while oxeye spinning bike I will opt to be team support and mechanic!

Hey guys maybe you have some advice for me. Been riding alot since Dec up to 2 weeks ago when my back injury started flaring up again. I basically herniated my two lower discs in my back last year. With so little time to go and still needing to recover over the next week what must I do? Was thinking of hitting the spinning bike at gym every day and then test my back with a 100km ride next weekend. Def won't risk doing any riding this weekend. Any advice would be appreciated.
